The justice system takes a long time to go from start to finish, whether the case is civil or criminal. And even after a case is decided at trial, then there are still appeals to think about and decisions can be undone and cases sent back to trial.
It's easy to lose track of cases, even ones that matter to you.
Here is a resource to keep track of important and interesting cases. I will summarize each case, explain any noteworthy aspects, and update each file with developments whenever appropriate. Keep checking back here to see where the cases are and where they are going, and e-mail me if I miss anything important. I will use bold print to summarize where each case is and to list upcoming events and dates.
